The disk pulverizer will accept a 1/4" dry friable material and reduce it to a fine powder of 150-200 mesh at approximately 1 lb/minute (based on quartz). The 8" grinding plates can be adjusted and locked into position to obtain the required particle size. Plates are offered in a variety of materials and hardness to suit the users grinding needs and budget requirements. The entire grinding chamber is accessible for easy cleaning and greater sample recovery. GENERAL SPECS Capacity: 1 lb (per minute) Input Size: 1/4" Dry Fryable Material Reduction Output Size: 150 - 200 Mesh RPM: 900 - 1000 PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS (L) 37 " x (W) 22 " x (H) 23 " The Crusher is a Denver Fire Clay 2" jaw crusher. It reduces rock from up to 2" to 1/4 inch in a matter of seconds. They are both powered by a central 220 Volt industrial motor and the entire rig is mounted on a heavy steel table with locking rollers so you can move it around. I also built plastic chutes for both so the ore drops into a 5 gallon bucket. The pulverizer also has a drawer to catch crushed ore for smaller runs. The disk pulverizer has new discs with maybe 20 hours of operation on them. The 2" Rock crusher is newly rebuilt. I cut a new camshaft on my lather with hardened steel, reamed and pressed bushings and a new wrist pin of hardened steel on the jaw. It has run about 5 hours since rebuilding it. I am selling this because I bought a new hammer mill with more throughput which I need for my production. The best shipping would be for you to pick this up at my shop in Littleton CO. Otherwise I may be able to deliver depending on my travel schedule. If neither of those work, I will put it on a pallet and ship it to you by truck frieght.
