Used Biddle Megger Catalogue Number 212459. Unit comes with original case but no test leads or docs. Unit was tested and is working. These devices are a very expensive piece of test equipment. Unit has minor scratches on the bezel with a little sticker residue. Battery bay was opened and the contacts checked for any battery leakage. New batteries were installed and the unit was tested. Battery check function and insulation test was checked. Unit appears to be sound. It will ship with fresh batteries. Device specifications, documentation and test leads are available on line. Thanks for looking. A note about the "1" negative feedback listed with my seller account. The item listed was new and sealed in the original cellophane packaging. The listing was Buy It Now. The auction closed on July 1st. The item was shipped on July 1st. On July 2nd, the purchaser sent a request to purchase another item I don't carry. I had no listing for any such item. I left town for the weekend to spend the holiday with family. Within 24 hours, on July 3rd because he had not heard from me the purchaser left negative feedback for me. He hadn't even received the item before leaving feedback. The item was delivered to him on July 6th. Shipping was 1st Class. Considering the July 4th holiday and a Sunday, shipping time was quite good. I've asked eBay to remove the feedback but as yet nothing has been done. The small area given to respond to feedback is inadequate so I appreciate the time you've given to allow me to explain why there is one negative feedback. I don't sell a great deal so one negative adversely affects my seller percentage. I have enjoyed being at 100% for a number of years. Again, my thanks and my appreciation for your time.
