Birch tar 20 ml. dressing currying leather care antiseptic Indications: Psoriasis in stationary and regressing stages, eczema (including microbial and seborrheic), neurodermatitis without exacerbation, pruritus, seborrhea, itching of the skin. Special conditions: Before starting treatment, it is recommended to investigate the tolerability of birch bark tar on a limited area of the skin. During treatment, it is necessary to periodically (1-2 times a month) examine the urine. Do not use the drug for a long time on large areas of the skin (more than 1/10 of the surface). The drug leaves dark spots on bed and underwear, with prolonged use it turns the skin dark. Stains on underwear are removed with ammonia (1 tablespoon per 10 liters of water). Dark spots on the skin disappear on their own shortly after the end of treatment. Light hair becomes slightly darker when exposed to birch tar. Influence on the ability to drive vehicles, mechanisms The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, the work of the dispatcher and operator). Drug interaction: Simultaneously with birch tar, sulfonamide preparations, phenothiazine derivatives and other agents with properties to increase the photosensitivity of the skin are not prescribed. The combination of birch tar with preparations containing sulfur and salicylic acid enhances its effect. Pharmacodynamics: It has keratoplastic, antiseptic, antiparasitic, drying, anti-inflammatory, vasoconstrictor, anesthetic effect; reduces erythema, soothes itching. With infiltrative processes in the skin, it has a resorbing effect. Contraindications: Acute skin inflammation, exacerbation of chronic skin diseases, especially with severe exudation (acute eczema, dermatitis, exudative psoriasis), damage to the sebaceous hair follicles (folliculitis, furunculosis, acne, sycosis), diseases of the kidneys, liver, pancreas, myocardium. Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами, механизмами Применение препарата не оказывает влиянияна способность к выполнению потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (управление транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера и оператора). Лекарственное взаимодействие: Одновременно с дёгтем берёзовым не назначают сульфаниламидные препараты, производные фенотиазина и другие средства, обладающие свойствами повышать фоточувствительность кожи. Сочетание дёгтя берёзового с препаратами, содержащими серу и салициловую кислоту, усиливают его действие. Фармакодинамика: Обладает кератопластическим, антисептическим, противопаразитарным, подсушивающим, противовоспалительным, сосудосуживающим, анестезирующим действием; уменьшает эритему, успокаивает зуд. При инфильтративных процессах в коже оказывает рассасывающее действие. Противопоказания: Острое воспаление кожи, обострение хронических заболеваний кожи, особенно при выраженной экссудации (острая экзема, дерматиты, экссудативный псориаз), поражение сально-волосяных фолликулов (фолликулит, фурункулез, угри, сикоз), заболевания почек, печени, поджелудочной железы, миокарда. Возраст до 18 лет. С осторожностью: Препарат следует с осторожностью назначать лицам с чувствительной кожей, при склонности к фолликулитам, на участках с повышенным оволосением. Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания Противопоказано применение препарата при беременности, в период грудного вскармливания и женщинам планирующим беременность
