Patented Quick-Connect filtration system improves over-all operations through a fail-safe alignment feature, while the built-in cold zone collects excess breading to extend shortening life for substantial savings. The interlocking lid on the BKI electric pressure fryer has a unique design to ensure quality cooking and save in-house environment. With 23 liters of liquid oil for more production, the BKI electric pressure fryer will meet those high demands of great food.
