Blodgett ovens have been built by Americans in Burlington, Vermont for more than a hundred years and sold all over the world. Their products have earned their solid reputation for ease of operation, long lasting reliability and high performance. If you have been in the commercial food service industry for more than 10 minutes, you already know that Blodgett is the only choice for the serious professional Baker or Chef when it come to ovens. What we know... Four decks in one oven translates to much higher production than any other oven design out there. One burner heats two decks. By heating up two ovens with one burner you'll save a lot of money on your gas bill. These ovens were never designed to go in the back of a kitchen. These ovens are absolutely beautiful! The all stainless steel exterior has the look of chrome and the inside of the ovens looks as if they were used only slightly.
