And the other modes are engineered to deliver the best results for foods like steam-cooked vegetables, shellfish, breads, pastries and more. You can bake, roast or steam, choosing the mode that's best for the product - all without worrying about flavor transfer. Plus, the transport cart design means continuous loading, and increased capacity, efficiency and productivity.
