Blodgett has been building ovens for well over 100 years. They are made in America, sold all over the world and they have earned their reputation for ease of operation, long lasting reliability and high production. Blodgett has always set the bar for ovens and are what all others are compared to. What we know... Please take the time to check out the pictures below for a closer look. I hope you can see that this is not the filthy, tired, worn out oven you might normally find on eBay. The center pull doors open and closes with a nice snap and there aren't many signs of use. The stainless exterior has a mirror like shine to it. The interior porcelain is excellent. Five oven racks 28” wide x 24” deep. The fan motor comes on fast and runs strong. The door seal is in great shape - you can barely hear the fan running and the door glass is exceptionally clear. When we turned it on it went from about 75 degrees to 300 degrees in about 2 minutes. After the auction you will let us know what voltage you need it set up for. Your choices are 208, 220 or 240 volt single or 3 phase and we will set it up for you at no charge. When you receive your beautiful oven all you'll need to do is have an electrician connect it to your power. The oven is in EXCELLENT condition...
