Drill press not included. This drilling head will bore the three holes required to mount a european hinge and will then press fit the hinge into place. It is designed to be mounted to a standard drill press with the drive stub mounted in the drill press chuck as shown in the pictures (drill press not included). The drill press may be left running as the swing arm is lowered to press in the hinge. The drilling head, scale/fence, and stops can all be mounted to an auxiliary table for the drill press and removed when the drill press is needed for other work. I bought this drilling head new in 1989 for about $400. It has only been used for custom furniture making and I have kept it clean. It has probably seen fewer than 500 hinge installments and can be expected to be good for 1000's more. The bits shown are included and drill very clean holes. I used the drilling head with a 3/4 h.p. drill press and had more power than was needed. I will package and ship this item UPS anywhere in the lower 48 for $25.
