The spindle is outfitted with a lock, making it impossible to remove the toilet tissue without a key in order to prevent theft. Aluminum is used to produce the mounting bracket. The dispenser has a satin finish, which adds to the appearance of a restroom while showing only a minimal amount of fingerprints, so that the unit requires polishing and buffing less frequently. High-impact ABS plastic is used in the construction of the spindle, and the plastic spindle is outfitted with a retractable pin.
