This is a life saver for boilers/furnaces or hot water heaters. Tired of guessing when your units need to be cleaned, or your chimney needs to be swept. This control automatically will shut system down when it detects clogged burner/Hot water heater and or chimney blockage. Which is the #1 cause of fires and puff backs, that could cost you thousands of dollars. This control will shut unit down before that happens. Once your unit or chimney is clear, the control just resets. Say goodbye to no heat or hot water and hundreds on a service call.Very easy and basic installation. I got feedback that customers didn't get charged to install, due to huge safety features by preventing possible puff backs or injury, it can lower insurance premiums in some cases. (ask insurance company. You will also save on oil/gas due to unit running more efficient. When heating units run with clogged chimneys you can use twice the amount of fuel/oil and cause smoke and soot to come back into house.This is a must have automatic control.
