Brabender Twin Screw Extruder, 35mm counter-rotating screws, 17:1 L/D, electrically heated, mounted on stand, driven by Brabender Type DSE/17D motor, 1/60/220 VAC motor, with 3-zone temperature control console type SP-PT-2504, 1/60/230 volt, rated app. 15-45 lbs/hour. The rotors were fully rebuilt by new weldments, re-machining and heat treatment. The system is on sturdy carrier with heavy duty castors. Was last used for food-grade char pellet extrusion. Best for use in pilot testing of extrusion process. Two nozzles (fabricated by Seller) are included, for 3mm and 6mm extrusions.  Also included: Braebender  1.25" Force Feeder and custom adaptor, Ser# 25-33-000  in the Assembly.     *** Important: Purchase price is FOB Hillsborough, NJ. We will provide fork lift service. Buyer has to arrange for own shipping.***
