This Pop-Up is an all new light weight yet heavy duty frame that can suspend a fabric graphic image. Erected in seconds and packed away just as quickly. It is the newest solution to display / presentation on the move ! Sublimation printing is a process that uses specific sublimation inks that, when heat activated, transform their dyes into a gaseous state that penetrates the fibers of polyester materials, infusing or embedding an image into the fabric. The fabric is machine washable and wrinkle resistant. It is made by 100% flame retardant treatment and will be stitched with velcro on back to let it easy attaching on the frame. The satin banner is machine washable and the fabric is made by 100% flame retardant treatment The graphics will be printing on 5oz Polyester Poplin and mounting on aluminum frame in graphic visual area 117.5" wide x 60.25 " tall full color completely finished. DO NOT design any critical elements such as text and logos within 2" of edges due to stitching in those areas (grey area) Download template file ("ai" format, please right click to select "Save Target As.." to download the file.) Graphic design is not included in this listing buyer has to provide a printable file. Artwork Specification We prefer the graphic file saved in eps, ai or pdf format in CMYK mode. All fonts must be outlined and image files must be embedded & send separately No bleed. Resolution is at least 100 ppi but not more than 300 ppi. File size formats are accepted in full-size, half-size and quarter-size with the goal being the final size resolution of 100dpi. Insufficient resolution will cause Pixelization or the "Jaggies".
