UPS 2nd Day Air is available for $19.00 and UPS Next Day Air Saver is available for $39.00. A physical address is REQUIRED, we DO NOT ship to PO boxes or APOs. This warranty starts from the date the customer receives the lamp. The warranty covers any conditions that may cause the lamp to prematurely fail within the first 90 days. Each lamp is covered for ONE warranty replacement. The lamp must be returned with a proof of purchase (i.e. PayPal receipt or eBay receipt). Please note that an email thread does not serve as a proof of purchase. If a proof of purchase is not included in the box, the package will be sent to recycling.
