Brass Engraving Plate For New Hermes Font Tray Instrument Dial Degrees Wheel

US $3800

This plate is used to make back plates for instrument knobs and used for indexing or dividing operations. This can be mounted in four different directions to have the zero point start where you need it.  This is so large it will not slide into the copy tray. It is mounted to your copy stops using the included hardware package. You unscrew your brass thumbscrews and then insert the stainless steel set screws. Leave them loose and then place the template over the set screws which will automatically set the spacing. Then lightly tighten the set screws with the hex wrench.   Then just add the brass thumb nuts and tighten it.  This will be folded up in cardboard to protect it and it will be mailed in a bubble envelope by first class mail so you will get it quick. If you pay by noon I will also mail the same day for faster service. Thank you for looking. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HARDWARE KIT THAT IS SUPPLIED HAS FINE THREAD METRIC HARDWARE (5MM .8 PITCH). THIS FITS 99% OF THE MACHINES IN CIRCULATION. HOWEVER THERE ARE A FEW MACHINES OUT THERE THAT USE A (SAE) #10-24 UNC AMERICAN PITCH THREAD ON THE COPY STOPS. IF THIS IS YOU PLEASE REQUEST THE 10-24 HARDWARE KIT WITH YOUR PLATE OR THE METRIC VERSION WILL BE INCLUDED BY DEFAULT. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHICH THREAD YOU HAVE I HAVE INCLUDED A PICTURE FOR YOUR REFERENCE SHOWING THE DIFFERENCE IN THE THREAD PITCH. WE WANT TO BE SURE THAT THE HARDWARE IS CORRECT FOR THE MACHINE THAT YOU ARE USING SO THAT YOU MAY BEGIN USING IT THE DAY YOU RECEIVE IT.
