Note that the included hardware kit features fine thread metric hardware (5mm .8 pitch), which is suitable for 99% of engraving machines. However, if your machine uses a (SAE) #10-24 UNC American pitch thread on the copy stops, please request the 10-24 hardware kit to ensure compatibility. Large brass font plate available for purchase, specifically designed for new Hermes engravers. The plate features a WINGFOOT design, ideal for track and field, running, or cross country. As a generously sized plate, it's perfect for creating large reproductions of the original design. Due to its size, the plate cannot fit into the copy tray. Instead, it comes with a hardware package for mounting it onto your copy stops. By unscrewing the brass thumbscrews and replacing them with the stainless steel set screws, you can insert the template and set the spacing with ease. A hex wrench is included for lightly tightening the set screws, followed by the brass thumb nuts for a secure finish. The brass font plate will be shipped in a cardboard package to protect it during transport. We use first class mail for fast delivery, with same-day shipping available if payment is received by noon. If you're unsure about the thread type you need, we've included a picture for reference.
