Shipping Info Items under 110 pounds are shipped regular ground service by the lowest cost method. FedEx is our primary carrier. FedEx SmartPost, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail are used for small packages. Items over 110 pounds are normally shipped by LTL truck freight. For LTL Truck Freight Shipments: Truck shipments require a PHONE NUMBER and DELIVERY SIGNATURE. If a semi-truck cannot deliver to your address, then choose an alternate, more accessible address. The semi driver is responsible only to get the item to the back of the truck. You are responsible for unloading. Shipping charge DOES NOT include accessory charges like INSIDE DELIVERY, LIFTGATE, or LIMITED ACCESS deliveries (schools, churches, construction sites, etc.). - Charges for such accessory services that you request, will be collected directly from the freight company.
