Main Features 1. Fine and Correct finish A. Brother riveting motion bears a fine finish to the parts, without impact and friction by rubbing, even if plated pins and fragile substances such as plastics are used. B. Brother riveting mechanism is made up of pressure, stroke and timer time, fine and correct finish can be gained repeatedly, not only fixing joint but also swing-joint finish. 2. Fine stroke adjustable in 0.05 mm (0.002 inch) increments According to adopt stopper nut with micro scale, a small adjustment of stroke can be created precisely. So, there are no cases that riveting conditions are changed due to stroke unstability. 3. Noiseless operation gives quiet working circumstances. 4. Easy setting and simple operation It is very easy to set the jig and to set the stroke.
