New - Old Stock - 72" long X 3" wide - Non-corrosive plastic with 3M Reflective Diamond Grade sheeting - Mounts to U-channel post to produce higher visibility to signs - Install with tamper proof screws (included) - These have never been used or sold, just moved alot in our warehouse resulting in quite a few scratches and one nick in the yellow sheeting.
