BUFLOVAK 306 STAINLESS STEEL JACKETED SINGLE DRUM FLAKER WITH APPLICATION ROLLER, APPLICATION ROLLER 6" DIAMETER X 24" LONG, BOTTOM DRUM IS 24" DIAMETER X 24". EACH ROLL IS DRIVEN BY A 3/4 HP, 3 PHASE, 60 CYCLE, 230/460 VOLT MOTOR. THIS DRUM DRYER WAS USED BY UNILEVER FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THEIR SOAP PILOT PLANT. IT IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. ROLLS ARE MADE OF 304 STAINLESS STEEL. APPLICATION ROLLER HAS A MAXIMUM INTERNAL PRESSURE OF 100 PSI AND THE FLAKER DRUM IS RATED AT 60 PSI. WATER CIRCULATION IS THROUGH BRASS SPRAY NOZZLES MOUNTED ON A CENTRAL STEEL MANIFOLD PIPE FOR UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION OVER THE LENGHT OF THE DRUM.Shipping: Contact us for shipping costs prior to bidding.
