Our terms and conditions take precedence over any purchase order made by the buyer. Payment for products is due Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Past due balances are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to suspend performance, declare all other amounts invoiced due and payable, or increase product prices by 1.5%. Any discrepancies with delivery or price must be reported within ten (10) days of invoice. Orders are shipped FOB Destination unless otherwise specified. We accept US PayPal payments. Orders totaling under $125 before tax and shipped to a single address within the continental US are subject to an $8.95 shipping and handling fee. Customers are not charged shipping and handling for standard ground delivery on orders of $125 or more before tax. Any excusable delays on either party's part will result in a suspension of obligations. Sales tax is included in the product price and will be invoiced accordingly. Any additional taxes imposed on the sale, delivery, or use of products will be paid by the buyer, unless an appropriate certificate of exemption is furnished. We currently collect sales tax in MI All returns must be authorized by our customer care department and come in their original packaging and resalable condition. Products that have come in contact with body fluids cannot be returned due to the hazard incurred in the returns process. Discounts of any kind do not apply to returns. If the buyer returns products for any reason other than defects in material or workmanship, the buyer may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, plus any original freight costs and additional costs incurred in returning the products to the seller.
