Fiat The World's Most Modern and Sanitary Bath ca. 1930 color highlights to this large folding brochure with great vintage illustrations of the "modern" bathroom. Brochure is approx. 5.5" x 9.25" when folded. When it is unfolded, it is a poster size approx. 17"x22". Scale drawings of the construction and plumbing specs, photos of the soap receptacle and valve combinations as well as the drain. Recommended for remodel or new construction, six large illustrations of the various shower models on one side of the brochure, the specs on the verso. A couple short splits on the fold but otherwise no flaws, the advertising piece is clean and bright, unmarked, evenly toned as would be expected. SEE PHOTOS The illustration on the cover when the piece is folded shows the woman in a large towel with her maid in a frilly apron helping her.......indicating these units were for the well to do who employed a maid, or, Fiat wanted the customer to feel that they were well to do by purchasing the unit. Fiat Metal Manufacturing Company had their main office and factory in Chicago Illinois but offices in New York on Park Ave and Boston on Beacon Street.Some occasional glare in the photos from light reflection off glossy paper.
