This outstanding oven is only 18 months old! We used it in our cafe in Baltimore from June 2013 to Dec. 2014. Decided to open a cooking school this year instead and sell our extra equipment. The oven works FAST and was a huge help to our staff so they could quickly serve customers. Normally retails for $600.
