A fine German-made instrument from Carl Zeiss.  Binocular body tube with paired Zeiss 12.5x oculars.   Quintuple revolving nosepiece with Lomo (Russia) plan 2.5x scanner and Zeiss (Germany) PH 10x LWD and PH 16x achromats.   Includes the required "PH1" centerable phase annuli as well as a "PH2" centerable should you come across a PH 40x in the future.   The Zeiss PH 32x LWD would work with PH1...these are found on line pretty frequently.  A spare 6V15W precentered bulb is included along with the factory USA 6V transformer with three intensity levels.  Includes interference green contrast filter.   This is the perfect instrument for cell culture or work in 60/72/96 well trays.  Note the white stage surface for easy cell condition preview by eye.   Plankton and other aquatic microscopy.  Phase contrast (PH) permits viewing of live cells and organisms in chambers, dishes and collection trays etc.   Darkfield is seen with the PH1 in position and the 2.5x Lomo scanner.  Remove the PH1 and use all lenses in normal brightfield mode.    Students will love this instrument for viewing live critters in pond water.   Add a small format digital camera to one of the ocular ports and view directly on your computer displayer, classroom big screen (HD is best!) or DLP projector.   RMS (23.2mm) c-mount adapters are available on line for less than $50.00.   We ship UPS Ground...street address required.  Ships USA lower 48 only...no exports.  Ask questions...good luck.
