Use this Carlisle CM140002 Designer Coldmaster 1 qt. flared square crock to keep your cocktail toppings, salad bar, or buffet items cold for up to 4 hours without the mess and inconvenience of using ice! Merely place this pan in the freezer overnight to charge it then fill it up and don't worry about it for 4 hours! Using patented Coldmaster technology, this crock holds food at or below the safe cold holding temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit to help preserve freshness and eliminate waste that might be caused by unsafe food temperatures. Taking the guess work out of serving cold food, this cold crock holds up to 1 quart so that you can hold and serve just as much cold food as you need. This pan is FDA approved and NSF listed so that you can be sure you are serving salad toppings, desserts, lunch meat, or fruit from a safe and easy to clean crock.
