Used as an effective spotting agent. APPLICATION Add .5 oz. of Baby Blue to 15 oz. of water. Apply on stain, agitate in, allow to dwell a few minutes and blot with a clean, white rag. Repeat as necessary INGREDIENTS 100% organic wetting, penetrating and emulsifying agents. Specifically formulated blend of 100% all-natural surfactants and water soluble all-natural extracts.
