This listing is for one NEW Carrier 6 ton packaged rooftop air conditioning unit with gas heat, Model #48TCEA07. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition, fully charged with refrigerant and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The base is slightly bent in on one end. « The top panel above the coil on one side is bent up slightly « There are a few minor dents and scratches on the cabinet and a few smallrubbed areas on the coil. « This damage is cosmetic and should not affect the unit's performance in any way.
