Wades offers a personal warranty on all parts for one year from the date of purchase. Customers in Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee must pay sales tax, and the customer is responsible for unloading the unit. Shipping is via FedEx/UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Inspect the shipment completely for any damages incurred during shipping, and report any problems to Wades for investigation and resolution. Designed by customers for customers, the Carrier rooftop unit (RTU) features "no-strip screw" collars, handled access panels, and other features that make installation, maintenance, and use easy. The unit is field-convertible for horizontal air flow and lighter weight makes it easier to replace. The standardized components and layout make service and stocking parts simple. The Carrier Commercial 5 ton GAS Package unit is a powerful AC-only unit that can be ordered with optional heat strips at an additional cost. This unit is factory installed with louvered hail guards, a Temp Economizer, and a Non-Fused disconnect switch for added safety. Although the unit may have some cosmetic damage from shipping or storage, it still comes with the same warranty. Access handles by Carrier provide quick and easy access to all normally serviced components, and "no-strip" screw system has superior holding power. The newly designed, master terminal board by Carrier puts all connections and troubleshooting points in one convenient place, standard. High and low pressure switches, a filter drier, and 2” (51mm) filters are standard. Payments are expected within three business days, and returns are accepted in accordance with the refund policy and customer service information provided.
