All items are shipped through the USPS unless they are too large or heavy in which case we will ship via UPS. Due to the fragile nature of some of our products shipping insurance may be required and included in the shipping charges. Customer satifaction is a main concern of ours so for this reason no sale is final. If you arent satified with your tranaction you may return it for your money back or exchange it for another item.
