This listing is for a medium "Cazo para Carnitas". This pot is large enough to prepare between 15 and 25 lbs of pork for Carnitas or many others like Birria de Res and Barbacoa. The BTU's are unknown because the base with burner was custom made. Burner uses the red regulator. I hate to sell this cazo but my catering has been put on the back burner for now. Buy it now or make an offer with confidence. This is for local PU only or you can set setup shipping with a local shipper. You can also set up appointment to take a look at the cazo, we are in the San Diego area. What is included: One cazo  (new) and stand (used). Cazo dimensions: Top - 20 1/4"
