Weight & dimensions are listed below, optional packaging services available, please inquire ** Centech Vapor Phase VP-1000 High Temperature Soldering System Features are as follows: High Performance Single Vapor Batch Type Vapor Phase Soldering System Boils a working fluid to provide a constant vapor temperature of 215°C Utilizes a unique bi-directional conveyor system to transport the product on a pallet Maintains level pallet through process Provides flexibility without sacrificing control of the reflow process Preheat (option upgrade): ceramic infrared emitters, virtually eliminating thermal shock, wicking, tombstoning & solderballing Reflow: stainless steel containment vessel with immersion heaters & condensing coil to provide saturated vapor environment. Rail system allows product to enter above vapor layer, dip into saturated vapor for reflow & then exit above the vapor blanket Cooldown (upgrade option): forced air cooling is provided at the load/unload station to speed product cooling.
