CFS-280 Optimizing defect saw Description: 2" x 8 or 1" x 12" Cutting capacity Automatic Crosscutting Saw System suitable for cutting up to 20' long lumber; equipped with a 12" x 8' infeed and outfeed table; cuts single or multiple stacked pieces. Upcutting Cutoff Saw with cutting cycle speeds from (0.5 - 1) Sec, 18" dia. blade powered by 10 HP saw motor, drives 1" dia. arbor at 3,200 RPM. Features vertical pneumatic guard clamp with replaceable chipbreaker that cycles with the upstroke of the blade, completely covering the saw blade while ensuring the smoothest possible cut. Pneumatic cylinder: Controls the saw stroke, speed adjustable via flow controls & regulator. Adjustable blade guard to clamp workpiece, clamp activates automatically with saw cycle. With 12" x 8'0' long outfeed landing table. Programable for cut to length work pieces. or just defect on crayon marks or both. Unit was taken out of production in September 2012 and is ready to ship, unit was replaced by a bigger  defecting / endmatching combo unit, unit is in good working condition.
