This was tested and works fine. I think this is a DFGS-R-50, but it's not shown on the meter. The sensor model number 363-D3-50-0001 is a 50 pound capacity sensor. Normally the CHATILLON® DFGS-R-ND Series comes without a loadcell. Instead, you specify one or many different REMOTE Series loadcells to use with the gauge. This gauge comes with a 50 Pound Load Cell. These loadcells simply “plug-in” to the gauge body, allowing your gauge to have a capacity from 2lbf (10 N) to 10,000 lbf (50 kN). One gauge does it all. When combined with a REMOTE Series loadcell, the DFGS-R-ND has a measurement accuracy of +0.3% of full scale +LSC. The gauge features RS232 serial data and MITUTOYO communications and a sampling rate of 5000 Hz. Other features include programmable high/low limits, pushbutton calibration and an analogue output for graphing your force curve. Gauge is ideal for hand-held or test stand applications. Gauge comes with carrying case and battery charger. The DFGS-R dedicated remote load cell gauge offers the same operation, and output/interface features of the DFGS Integral Load Cell Gauge with the added versatility of a remote cell. These gauges are suitable for applications where space or environmental factors will not permit the use of a regular gauge. Each dedicated cell and corresponding gauge electronics are factory matched and calibrated to provide the same accuracy as the integral cell models: ±0.15% of full scale, ± least significant count. The remote load cell interfaces with the gauge electronics via a detachable coiled cable. The 50 lb cell is a standard "S" beam design with threaded holes at the top and bottom on center for mounting in either tension or compression applications.
