Freight deliveries cannot be scheduled, however, we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery. A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for all freight deliveries, therefore, someone must be available during business hours to sign for a freight delivery. Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. You may also refuse delivery of any damaged items. If you do so, please contact us immediately so we may expedite a replacement for you as we WILL NOT be notified by the freight carrier for any refusals and no replacement will be sent.
