This is a used Chocovision Revolation X321 Chocolate Tempering Machine. Chocovision is synonymous with quality tempering products. Chocovision currently sells this machine for $2199 but you can get the same machine here for only $1200. We used this commercial tempering machine for only about 2 months in 2010. We bought it straight from Chocovision in 2010 and is still in as new condition. It is still in perfect working order and is only being sold as we only ran our business for one Easter season and no longer have need for it.
