The Clarke drum sander is specifically designed for making quick work of finishing hardwood floors. The footprint of this unit is a whopping 8 inches covered by a very aggresive sanding drum. It features a powerful 1 HP motor. The non-marking transport wheels are made of soft, durable urethane. This unit is a dust control version which sucks dust into a rugged bag via a powerful on-board suction motor. A rugged extension cord is also included. The unit comes apart easily to facilitate transportation to and from the work site. A completely enclosed sealed dust free motor eliminates overheating and motor cleaning issues. The unit disassembles easily for transport or storage. The Clark drum sander's rugged cast aluminum construction is designed for years of trouble free service.
