You may find it online for a lower price, but that is before shipping is added. REPLACEMENT TIPS For best results, remove the driver plate and place in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. This makes the old pad much easier to remove, and most of the adhesive will peel off with it. Use a solvent such as lacquer thinner or original Goof-Off to get the rest of the adhesive off. Be sure the aluminum plate is very clean. Peel about 1/3 of the backing off the new pad and line up carefully before pressing down and removing the rest of the backing. We also offer a complete rebuild kit for the OBS. This includes a brand new pad driver grip face, set of 4 rubber springs with lock washers, plus high quality sealed bearing. These are all the parts which commonly wear out on the OBS--all you need to restore your machine to "like new" operating condition!
