Clausing Colchester Lathe Heavy Duty Steady Rest Recently I Purchased A Lathe For My Use And It Came With A Bunch Of Different Tooling And Fixtures. I Found Out That This Steady Rest Does Not Fit The Lathe I Purchased So I Have No Need For It. This Is One Of The Nicest Steady Rests Of This Type You Will Find Short Of New. I Was Not Sure Who Made It Or For What Equipment. I Conducted A Search On Ebay And Found Recently Sold Item Number 131229652197 That Sold In July Of This Year. It Was A Buy It Now For $ 1500 In Addition $ 178 For Shipping. If Anyone Knows What The Model Number Is Or More Information I Would Really Appreciate Your Imput. The Specs Are: The Center Hole Opening Is 6 Inches, The Overall Height To Knob Is A Little Over 16 Inches, The Width To Knobs Is A Little Over 14 Inches And It Is 2 Inches Thick. The Measurement With The Base Sitting Flat On A Surface Without The Clamp Measures Around 6-7/8 Inches To The Center Of The Hole. The V-Groove At The Bottom Right Measures 11/16 Inches From The Center Of The Groove To The Right Of The Base Casting. You Will With Out Doubt Be Happy With This Piece Of Equipment And Likely Not Find A Nicer One. I Do Combine Shipping On Multiple Items.   Good Luck And Happy Bidding !
