This is a Cleveland Electric Kettle – Model KEL-80, Tri-Leg, Stationary, Splash-Proof, Self-Contained 2/3 Steam Jacketed, 80 Gallons, UL listed. As mentioned above, this is an electric hook-up, 80 gallon, stationary kettle used for cooking soups, stews, or any other large batch food item. Steam jacket filled with treated water, venting and/or refilling is not required. Accurate, consistent solid state temperature controls make it ideal for simmering. Operating temperature range is from 145-260 degrees, Fahrenheit. Water resistant controls, reinforced rolled rim design, and welded-in heating elements, which allows for better vacuum seal and leak/spill prevention. Rear mounted easy access pressure gauge and pressure relief valve to prevent tampering. 50 PSI steam jacket rating for higher cooking temperatures and 50 PSI safety valve. Faucet mounting bracket, 2” diameter tangent draw-off valve w/ drain strainer, 1-5/8” O.D. Tri-Leg supports w/ level adjustable feet OR floor bolting. Spring-assisted, hinged, rotatable, domed stainless steel cover. Standard voltage is 208-240 V, 60HZ, 3-phase, 3-wire.  The serial number is 121123055713, and full item number is KEL00217.
