The item available here is a NEW Cleveland Gear gear reducer.  It comes as shown with the original packaging and paperwork.  It does come shipped with NO lubricant.  This is a new item so once you install it there will be no return policy.   It has not been tested and comes with a 14 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.   Postage is not covered. Here's the specs: Part# M2011AAH10B002 Gear Reducer 2", 10X1 Model: RED13243B I 21 10:1 LH Stub Shaft 5/8" dia input shaft, 1.25" long 1" dia output shaft x 2" long Items will be paid for immediately using PayPal. Items purchased will be shipped using USPS and there will be a $3 handling fee to professionally package this item and cover insurance.
