The Cleveland KDP 40 T is a pedestal mounted direct steam tilting 40 gallon steam jackete, made with all stainless steel construction for ease of cleaning. The steam control valve is mounted directly onto the console, and the unit has a high capacity pouring lip. The tilting mechanism features a permanently lubricated, self-locking worm drive, and the 50 psi steam jacket rating has a chrome plated safety valve. There is a condensate drain valve with insulated handle and the unit is mounted on a pedestal designed for floor attachment. Please note that there is no lid or draw-off valve included.
