CMA-180UC-COMMERCIAL-UNDERCOUNTER-DISHWASHER This is a CMA 180UC Commercial Undercounter Dishwasher. It operates on a 50 amp 3 wire electrical system, 200-230- 110v, with neutral and ground. It is NSF certified and washes 1 dishrack every 2 minutes. It has a built in booster heater which sanitizes dishes with 180 (deg.) f. final rinse water. This dishwasher has a safety temp feature which will delay the wash cycle if the booster heater has reached the required temperature for sanitation. So you don't have to worry about low incoming water temp at the buildings hot water supply if it runs low as well as the health department citing you. Normal incoming water temperature requirement is 130-140 deg.(f) . Has a 1" laundry style hose for the drain with a J pipe and garden hose style threads to connect to the water supply.
