**VELOX CNC - USA.** (Makers of VELOX CNC products and reseller of K2 CNC products) **Porter Cable 892 mount. (3.5" DIA)** (Routers/spindle are Not Included)     Description These is a router mounts are designed for applications like cnc cutting, jig of your own. The design uses 10-32 screws to hold in the router. A shaft with a .500 inch diameter may be used to hold a shaft that extend down to a vacuum devise that collects dust. The 6061 Aluminum material was machined on a Haas CNC Center Milling Machine. You can use the drawing below with the hole arrangements to build your jig and holding fixture to accept the router mount. Application CNC Routering, Jig Up your work, Vertical Holder for vertical right side up jobs. Condition New Billet Aluminum Made with cnc Pre Drilled .5 shaft hole , 10-32 set screw. Use for holding shaft for your design dust collection vacuum holes (not included or available) Fits Models Porter Cable Router 892, 690 Bosch 1617EV Dewalt DW618 with 3.5" diameter. Material Aluminum 6061 Number of Holes for mounting 2.5" x 1" (4 qty) 10-32 thru holes. K2 old configuration. 4.0" x 1 (4 qty) 10-32 thru holes. K2 new configuration. Warranty Returnable within 15 days
