Overnight, “One Day Shipping” Fed-Ex or UPS will arrive by 12PM the next business day Mon-Friday, keep in mind the 2PM cut off time described above. If you want delivery on Saturday, let us know. International: The default international shipping is USPS Express Mail, which takes 3-10 days to get to Europe. Next, there is an option to choose FedEx / UPS international Economy, which takes 3-5 days to reach Europe. We may use the equivalent UPS service instead; let us know if you have a preference. The next fastest option is Fed Ex / UPS International Priority, which takes 1-3 days to reach any location. Please keep in mind that customs may delay packages and although we will try our best to help them get through smoothly we cannot make a fulfillment promise. Ask us if you’d like international overnight service, or any other faster service. It sometimes can be done, depending on your location, but is extremely expensive. GUARANTEES We accept returns if the item is defective, as long as we receive it back in its original condition within 30 days of the sale.
