Over the past 2 years….Volkren has designed/developed the vast majority of basic coiled tubing tools required by service companies to fulfill their contracts with the oil companies.  Tools, for example, like CT Connectors, Check Valves, Wash Nozzles, Centralizers, Disconnect Tools, etc.  The comprehensive list of tools can be found below. All tools have been designed and developed with unique to industry features.  7 tool designs have been Patent Applications submitted and are currently awaiting review.  All files are in Inventor 2014 format and come complete with manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, individual part files, and assembly files complete with material specifications. Due to the current economic situation….I am offering the sale of all/partial list of the tool drawings to service companies who may be interested in owning their own tool designs.  This could eventually end up saving you millions in the next 5-10 years with the immediate savings of not paying substantial mark up costs from the typical tool suppliers. Also….you can take advantage of the U.S./Canadian exchange rate and have the tools manufactured in Canada.  With the sale of the drawings.  I would offer my services as a CT Tool/Manufacturing Specialist for a small fee to oversee the manufacture/build/testing of the tools in Canada and to also help train the end user on the function of the tools.
