The is my latest and greatest Coin ring center punch. This 2 piece coin ring center punch will punch a 1/2" center hole in 7 Coins and more. This comes with my special tool steel harden hollow ground punch. This flat end hollow ground punch keeps the coin dead center to get a cleaner and more precise and round hole. No pushing of the coin. For the loose fitting and worn coins this style punch holes the coin in place where the taper punch try's to push the coin to one side and giving you a slightly off center and slightly oval hole. It gives you a sharper and more even cutting edge all the way around the punch. Very important when using tissue paper to tighten up those worn and loose coins. I have built Coin rings for many years and have found this type cutting edge is the one I favor most. Keeps the coin from swelling and warping the thinner coins. Check out my ebay store while your at it and see the rings I build out of this style punch... This punch tool is fit for the Morgan Silver Dollar. It comes with 6 different size steel spacers for a variety of US, Canada, Australian and British India coins. These are the ones I know about and I'm sure it will fit many more just using a little tissue paper to tighten a closely fitting coin. With the Hollow Ground punch it locks the coin down when punching. No slipping. The Coins I'm sure of are: Morgan Silver Dollar _ 38.1 mm 1966 Australian 50 Cent_ 34.50 mm US Half Dollar _ 30.6 mm 1945 British India One Rupee _ 30.58 mm Canadian 50 Cent _ 29.83 Presidential and Sacagawea One Dollar _ 26.5 mm US Quarter _ 24.26. Note: Coins may vary in size depending on the year they were minted. Check with Coin Numista on the year of the coin. Not all of the foreign coins remain the same size year after year. This 2 piece punch has fewer pieces therefore a tighter tolerance. This punch comes with 6 steel centering spacers. The Top. The Bottom, And One Hollow Ground Punch Pin.
