Columbus McKinnon Removable handle Ratchet Load Binder WLL 5400lb. Size 5/16 - 3/8. Condition is "New" with a few chips in the paint from  hanging around others. Very minor cometic issue will not take away from functionality of the item. Item has never been used. It was always at the back of the rack and never needed by the time it was next in line to grab.  What you see pictured is what you get. The binder only.  Even though it has been wiped off. Expect some dirt, grime, and / or oil residue as this new unused binder was stored on a truck rack with other used binders.
