This is a used, guaranteed-good round axial fan, Comair Rotron PN PQ12C4. It is part of their Patriot DC series. It runs from 12vdc nominal at 1.8A maximum. A datasheet, including airflow curves and mechanical details, is available at http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/20121.pdf. To connect to power, it has terminals to which wires can be soldered. This fan may have had wires soldered to its terminals. Condition is very good. The fan has a metal housing. The paint is worn or chipped in a few spots.
