This system is 100% made in the USE using very high grade components. This 4000 gpd commercial RO system has many upgrades that set it apart from others on the market. Product sampling ports - If you get a high TDS reading you can check if it is one membrane or two that are causing the high reading. Stainless steel multi stage pump - much more reliable that lower cost rotary vane pumps FRP membrane housings - stands up to more aggressive water, rugged, durable, superior to stainless steel filter housings Product, waste and recycle flow meters, brand new Recycle and waste stainless steel needle valves - allow maximum adjustability for best performance and long membrane life. Large 20" Big Blue prefilter Pre-treatment lockout - RO shuts down when carbon or softener are regenerating Low voltage floats - ideal for atmospheric tanks, does not pass electricity through the tank and water, (custom float tree to set high-low levels available for $125) UV Disinfection after the 20" big blue prefilter and before the high pressure pump, reduces membrane fouling and keeps water more sanitary 115 volt/60 Hz/single phase power control box and UV. RO system is 230 volt/60 Hz/single phage This system was $7,500 new. If you would like, we can put on another membrane to set it up to run and lower pressures with newer low energy high production membranes and could make 6,000 gpd, $800 upgrade. Freight $150-$300 depending on location in the USA. This must be strapped to a pallet and protected for shipment.
