DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING: Local pickup is normally not available; exceptions are sometimes made, but only for higher-value orders. We charge flat-rate shipping, and there is no additional cost to ship to AK, HI, PR, or PO boxes, these are all fine and generally ship USPS. Shipping cost includes packaging cost, including time and materials. It also includes shipping insurance (either through carrier, or self-insure); we guarantee delivery to the address you provided, or else a refund if the carrier loses the package. Tracking numbers will be sent after purchase, payment, and shipping. Smaller items will normally ship FedEx Ground and heavier items will normally ship FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight. See shipping description in ad. Heavier items going to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or PO boxes will ship via USPS parcel post up to 70lbs. All items must be shipped using our shipping account, we don't use anyone else's account to ship items. Packages valued $200 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery. Items will normally ship within 3 business days from the date of payment clearing (but most items will ship the next business day). You can typically expect to receive your item in under a week for smaller items, or 5-9 days for larger heavier items shipping via ground delivery. Combined shipping: take $5 off shipping for each item purchased after the first, (e.g. item 1 is full shipping charge, item 2 shipping charge is reduced by $5, etc.) if the items are paid for together and the total order exceeds $25.00. DOMESTIC (US) FREIGHT SHIPPING: Oversized items (100+ LBs) may be picked up locally, or may be shipped freight, but scheduling the freight shipment is usually the buyer's responsibility. We can arrange freight shipping for larger orders, and upon special request. Please contact us in advance of purchase. Scheduling a freight shipment may be done by the buyer at freightquote.com, or another freight broker or carrier, usually only a credit card is required. Freight shipping is from zip code 85202, a commercial location. A forklift is available for loading, and outgoing shipments may be scheduled from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays. No Saturday shipments of any kind. We can prepare the freight shipment for you upon special request; including palletizing, strapping down, and/or shrink-wrapping. There is a $25 palletizing fee for each pallet, added to the shipping cost. A Bill of Lading must be provided to us at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduling shipment, and the ship-to address must match the shipping address in your PayPal payment or by previously accepted confirmed address. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International bidders, please contact us about the possibility of international shipping, prior to bidding/purchasing, not all items may be shipped internationally. International buyers are responsible for additional costs of international shipping: shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence. International shipping cost is NEVER refundable for any reason. Please bid only if you understand this stipulation. WARRANTY: All of our eBay items are guaranteed to arrive working normally, and they come with the following warranty . If there is any functional problem with your order we will provide a replacement item, repair, or a refund at our discretion, but we ask that you return the item PROMPTLY, please return it within 2 weeks, to insure that it is received by us no later than 30 days after we shipped the package. Factory warranty may be included on some new items, see add details. Unfortunately after 30 days we cannot accept any returns, so please check your purchase promptly and let us know if there is any issue with your purchase. Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items. Returning the item damaged or dismantled will void any warranty or return privileges. We do not cross-ship, or ship any replacement, before the item is returned to us. Once the item is returned, we will ship a replacement item, if it's available. If a replacement isn't available, a full refund, including original shipping & handling charges, will be given.
