Up for sale is my Proxxon CNC mill. I ordered the conversion kit from Usovo.de in Germany and did the conversion myself. I wasn't satisfied with their electronics, so I upgraded all the electronics with US parts from Probotix.com and added an emergency stop switch and a relay to shut down the router from the computer or the switch Unhappy with the backlash from the stock MF-70 spindles, I replaced them all with new ones from Switzerland (again from Usovo) with approx .1mm backlash and 2mm travel per turn! I also picked up a vacuum attachment while I was at it. The parts that were removed from the machine to do the conversion are mostly included--they may all be there but I have not verified each and every component. I am including new Delrin bearings from Proxxon for all three axis as well as all new (sealed from Proxxon) mounting hardware for the table. A transformer from MeanWell (probably a Chinese knockoff, but has served me very well) is included as are two serial cables. The breakout board also features a usb port, but my software did not support usb. Software is not included (I used Win-PC but any software will work, see Probotix for details). I am also throwing in three additional used moment switches, these were used to provide additional stops on each of the axis but are too delicate to ship on the machine and need to be wired to the breakout board. All electronics are mounted to a wood plate that has been covered in foam on the back of the machine. This made the machine easy to store, but somewhat of an eyesore... there's nothing stopping you from putting all the electronics in a nice small box away from the CNC machine, I just never felt the need.
